The 90-day guarantee period begins on your original purchase date, not your delivery date. Please keep your order confirmation email, as it shows your purchase date for eligibility purposes.

Eligibility

To request a refund, contact support within 90 days of your purchase date. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible under this policy unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How to Request a Refund

2. Our support team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions, if applicable.
3. Once your refund is processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise by support.
